Palou, Quesada, and Revere Avenues Water and Sewer Main Replacement Project

Critical upgrades to underground water and sewer pipelines are planned for the Bayview  section of the City. Some of these pipes are more than 120 years old.

Water work will include new pipelines along:

• Palou Avenue from Jennings Street to Griffith Street
• Quesada Avenue from 3rd Street to Keith Street; and Jennings Street to Griffith Street
• Revere Avenue from 3rd Street to Keith Street; and Jennings Street to Griffith Street
• Lane, Keith, and Hawes streets from Palou Avenue to Revere Avenue

Sewer Rehabilitation work will include installing new vitreous clay pipelines along:

• Lane Street from Revere Avenue to Quesada Avenue
• Quesada Avenue from Keith Street to Jennings Street
• Jennings Street from Quesada Avenue to Palou Avenue
• Quesada Avenue from Hawes Street to Griffith Street
