San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Notice of Result of Public Hearing from January 27, 2026.
In accordance with San Francisco Charter section 16.112, on January 11, 2026, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission posted notice that it would hold a public hearing to consider a resolution to adopt the proposed schedules of rates of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Power Enterprise for CleanPowerSF power service in San Francisco, which will become effective on March 1, 2026.

Public Notification for First Approval Action for the Cherry Dam Spillway Short-Term Improvement Project
The SFPUC intends to adopt the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (FMND), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the first approval action under CEQA on the Cherry Dam Spillway Short Term Improvement Project.
