Get help in making the transition from gas to all-electric multifamily affordable housing. The All-Electric Multifamily Program helps apartment buildings that offer affordable housing in making the transition from natural gas to electric-based systems and appliances. This free program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible program participants will receive a detailed whole-building energy assessment, an electrification plan, recommendations on available financial incentives, and technical assistance throughout their electrification journey.
