The Southeast Community Center (SECC) is a hub for local community to gather, learn, play, and grow. The long-standing partnership between San Francisco’s Southeast communities and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is designed to promote the health, well-being, cultural, educational, and financial empowerment of southeast residents.

Let the spooky season begin! Enjoy crafts, snacks, and frightfully fun activities before we screen the Halloween classic Hocus Pocus.
Sponsored by the SECC in collaboration with the Bayview YMCA and San Francisco Department of Early Childhood. Hosted by Commissioner Windley.
