The Southeast Community Facility Commission (SECFC) Facility & Design Advisory Committee’s goal is to review the planning, design and program elements of the Southeast Community Center. December 22, 2025 San Francisco Public Utilities Commission staff are closely monitoring the anticipated rain events forecast through the week of December 22, 2025. Operationally, water levels in Crystal Springs and Pilarcitos reservoirs are low enough to accommodate the anticipated precipitation. Water levels are expected to remain below the spillway level at Lower Crystal Springs Dam and Pilarcitos Dam at this time. Required minimum releases into Pilarcitos Creek and San Mateo Creek will continue. During storms there will temporarily be increased runoff in general in Pilarcitos and San Mateo
