Week of December 31st San Francisco Public Utilities Commission staff are closely monitoring the anticipated rain event forecast through New Years Day and the week beyond. Operationally, water levels in Crystal Springs and Pilarcitos reservoirs are low enough to accommodate the anticipated precipitation. Water levels are expected to remain below the spillway level at Lower Crystal Springs Dam and Pilarcitos Dam at this time.
