Week of March 2, 2026 Operationally, water levels in Crystal Springs and Pilarcitos reservoirs are low enough to accommodate any anticipated precipitation this week. Water levels are expected to remain below the spillway level at Lower Crystal Springs Dam and Pilarcitos Dam at this time. Required minimum releases into Pilarcitos Creek and San Mateo Creek will continue. During storms there will temporarily be increased runoff in general in Pilarcitos and San Mateo Creeks.
