We want to explain what’s changing, why it’s happening, and how you can get support managing your bill. Hetch Hetchy Power rates will go up by 7.3% for most customers. On average for residential customers, that’s an increase of around $7 per month. Customers enrolled in the Customer Assistance Program (CAP), which offers discounted rates to households with low incomes, will see an increase of about $6 per month.
